Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Renowin operates a Factory to customer direct sourcing model, supplying goods directly from best in class partner factories spread around the world, to customers in India. Due to the international nature of procurement and logistics, this policy governs returns, refunds, and cancellations.

2. No Return / No Refund Policy

All orders placed with Renowin are final and non-returnable, except in specific cases defined below.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection, specification, or quantity
• Pricing concerns after order confirmation
• Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging
• Delays due to international shipping or customs

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to this condition.

3. Eligible Cases (Exceptions)

We will only accept claims under the following conditions:

a. Damaged Product

• Product is physically damaged during transit
• Must impact usability

b. Wrong Product Delivered

• Product received does not match the confirmed order

4. Claim Window (Mandatory)

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Email: [Insert Email]

You must provide:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos/videos (product + packaging)

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim rejection.

5. Resolution

Once verified, Renowin may (at its discretion):

• Provide a replacement, OR
• Issue a partial/full refund

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Returns & Reverse Logistics

Due to cross-border shipping constraints:

• Returns are generally not required
• You may be asked to dispose of or retain the product at your discretion

7. Order Cancellation

• Allowed only before dispatch
• Not allowed once shipped from factory

8. Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by:

• Customs clearance
• Logistics disruptions
• Force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

Renowin’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
