Welcome to Renowin ("Renowin", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Renowin website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or making purchases through the Platform, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Individuals who do not agree with any part of these Terms should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. About Renowin

Renowin is an online marketplace that offers premium interior and architectural materials sourced directly from manufacturers and shipped to end customers. The Platform provides customers with access to products including, but not limited to, flooring solutions, wall panels, sanitaryware, faucets, kitchen sinks, wallpapers, decorative products, and other home improvement materials.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By using the Platform, users represent and warrant that they satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform may require users to create an account.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Maintain and promptly update account information to ensure accuracy.

• Keep account credentials confidential and secure.

• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under their account.

4. Product Information

Renowin strives to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, dimensions, availability, and images displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However:

• Actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, finish, pattern, grain, or appearance due to lighting conditions, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or natural material variations.

Renowin does not guarantee that all product information is entirely free from errors and reserves the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, installation charges, handling fees, or other charges, which will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Renowin reserves the right to:

• Modify prices without prior notice.

• Correct pricing errors or omissions.

• Refuse or cancel orders resulting from inaccurate pricing information.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods including, but not limited to:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• UPI

• Net Banking

• EMI and Financing Options

• Digital Wallets

• Other payment methods offered on the Platform

Payment processing is facilitated through secure third-party payment service providers. Renowin does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase products.

An order shall be deemed accepted only upon:

• Successful authorization of payment, where applicable; and

• Confirmation from Renowin that the order has been processed for fulfilment.

Renowin reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability;

• Errors in pricing or product information;

• Suspected fraudulent activity;

• Violations of these Terms.

In the event of cancellation by Renowin after payment has been received, eligible refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Company's refund procedures.

7. Direct Manufacturer Sourcing

All products available through Renowin are sourced directly from best in class manufacturers across the globe

Customers acknowledge that:

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on manufacturing schedules and supplier locations.

• Certain products may be made-to-order or procured specifically upon order placement.

• Factory-direct sourcing may involve longer fulfilment periods compared to conventional retail channels.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Renowin will make reasonable efforts to facilitate timely deliveries. However, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing delays;

• Logistics disruptions;

• Weather conditions;

• Public holidays;

• Government restrictions;

• Force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Delivery information provided is accurate and complete;

• Delivery locations are accessible;

• Authorized personnel are available to receive deliveries.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acknowledgment of receipt.

9. Inspection of Products Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Any visible defects, shortages, incorrect products, or damages must be reported to Renowin within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by relevant photographic evidence and supporting documentation.

Failure to notify Renowin within the specified period may limit eligibility for returns, replacements, or claims.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to processing status.

However, the following categories may not be eligible for cancellation:

• Customized products;

• Made-to-order products;

• Special procurement items;

• Products that have entered manufacturing or dispatch stages.

Any applicable cancellation charges shall be communicated to customers where relevant.

11. Return and Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted subject to Renowin's Return Policy.

Eligible returns generally require that products:

• Remain unused and uninstalled;

• Be returned in original packaging;

• Include all accessories and documentation;

• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Customized products;

• Clearance items;

• Made-to-order products;

• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation after delivery.

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges, handling fees, installation costs, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Warranty and Product Guarantees

Warranty coverage for products is subject to the policies and terms established by individual manufacturers.

Renowin does not independently provide warranties unless expressly stated on the Platform.

Warranty claims may be denied in cases involving:

Customers should retain invoices and supporting documentation for warranty purposes.

13. User Conduct

• Interfere with Platform security or functionality;

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code;

• Misrepresent identity or account information;

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights;

Renowin reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, trademarks, software, icons, videos, and website layouts, is owned by or licensed to Renowin and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Renowin.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform;

• Product delays or supplier-related issues;

• Installation services performed by third parties;

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Renowin's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

16. Force Majeure

Renowin shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or service providers.

Renowin does not control and shall not be responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review applicable third-party terms before engaging with their services.

18. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renowin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Violations of these Terms;

• Misuse of the Platform;

• Violations of applicable laws;

• Infringement of third-party rights.

19. Amendments to Terms

Renowin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
